Swedish trombonist and singer Nils Landgren—also known as Mr. Red Horn—has been shaping the European jazz scene since the mid-1990s. He owes this to his versatility, his creative curiosity, and his ever-present joy in making music. Now this bundle of energy is turning 70 and celebrating the occasion with a special concert. Joining him will be members of the Berlin Philharmonic and jazz greats such as saxophonist Magnus Lindgren, pianist Michael Wollny, and singers China Moses and Viktoria Tolstoy.
