Of course his set will also reflect all his latest releases such as his two projects on German famous label MPS Records, his studio album Nicola Conte & Spiritual Galaxy – Let your light shine on his fantastic compilation for MPS called Cosmic Forest- the spiritual sounds of MPS and his work together with Gianluca Petrella People are People, as well as his recent work UMOJA which has just been released at the end of June 2023.
The music of Umoja draws on the deep-dug 70’s independent spiritual and free jazz sounds, private-press soul records, and African and Afro Caribbean rhythms in Conte’s collection.
